This role is responsible for overseeing commercial agreements, purchase orders, and contractor relationships throughout the lifecycle of major infrastructure and industrial projects. The position partners closely with procurement, legal, operations, and project teams to manage contract execution, change orders, claims, risk mitigation, and contractor performance while protecting the company’s commercial interests.
