Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Clearwater, FL (4 days onsite)

$45k base | $70k OTE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Handle and qualify inbound interest
• Clearly communicate the value of the company’s solutions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach strategies
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
• Build and manage structured prospecting plans

How You’ll Be Measured

• Opportunities generated
• Meetings and demos booked
• Contribution to overall pipeline
• Consistency in outreach activity

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Driven, organised, and proactive
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting
• Resilient and motivated by targets
• CRM or sales tool exposure is a bonus
• Interest in tech/software is key
